Nothing's wrong with the dialogue, except for ADA's instructions to press various buttons (R2, right analog stick, etc) on the controller, which doesn't exist in the frame.

I always used to say that !
But... The voice actors for the english dub weren't.... Acting very good, You might even laugh at some serious parts too.

In MGS4 otacon tells snake to insert disc 2.... comments like those are just something Kojima does.

I kinda liked Dolores calling herself an Orbital Flame. Fits her character.
Error or not.

Radam/Radium (ZOE1/IDOLO) annoys me though :v
Along with all the other name variations.
Not that I ever watch the dub. Subs ftw. Mentally overwrite the incorrect subs.

And who knows. Maybe Jehuty has a PS2 pad under the seat, or somewhere obscure :D

While that is true, After some episodes she starts saying orbital Frame for some reason. Oh and while she says "I'm an orbital flame" to James, James says "What's an orbital frame"

Maybe it was the person. first, she was too lazy to say 'frame' instead of 'flame', then after some time developing the anime, she got used & say 'frame'.

And that's a sign of poor voice actors, Still... I really enjoyed the anime.

I noticed that she said Flame a lot instead of Frame. I just thought that was her bug or something. But it did annoy me for a bit.
